The first is the "Concept of enough"... that there is for each of us an amount of money that will provide the lifestyle we wish to lead. The second is "Taking personal responsibility for our lives"... this means finding our purpose, our passion, and focussing on being the best we can be with the talents we have. To do this we have to be open and receptive to learning, take good care of ourselves, support others, and give and receive. We also have to be willing to play our part in the community, be a valued respected contributor and help others to achieve the same.     Link4Growth is about 'Fairness in Business' too! An abundance mentality that leads us away from the greed, money and ego based businesses we have known for decades and towards a future based on 'Giving rather than Taking'.
    Networking underpins community and enables people to be connected and consequently is at the very heart of Link4Growth. Networking has become popular but we have still only scratched the surface. Link4More is the Networking part of Link4Growth. We believe that Networking is for everyone and the Link4More model is based on Non-Membership. That's right you can go Networking as often as you like and you do not have to pay any Membership fees.     Running and managing a business has never required more skills than it does today. We may have all the technology to assist us but this is a double edged sword. Many of us are now working alone in our business, a far cry from a bustling office environment, and we are now being required to do EVERYTHING in our business as there are no support staff or other departments to help get things done.
